A boutique consultancy built on two strengths: deep construction management expertise, and the connections that come from operating out of one of the world's centres for finance and international arbitration.
Becons is a London-based construction management consultancy. Our core expertise is running a project properly — programme, cost, quality and risk, held together from mobilisation to close-out.
But we are not only a construction firm. Being based in London gives us something a purely regional consultancy cannot offer: direct access to the institutions that sit around a project once it becomes complicated — international banks and surety providers for financing and guarantees, and the arbitral institutions (LCIA, ICC and others) and legal networks that govern how international construction disputes are actually resolved. This is not a service we outsource; it is a working familiarity with how London's financial and legal markets operate, applied on our clients' behalf.
That combination is deliberate. A programme built without financial and legal literacy is exposed the moment a project turns contentious or a lender asks a hard question. Our clients get both in one team, senior-led, without the layers of a large multinational firm.
With 20+ years of combined experience, we are instructed directly by developers, contractors and legal teams across the UK and the Middle East.
Programme, cost and quality control, held to account from mobilisation through to close-out.
Delay and quantum positions built from primary programme and cost records — defensible under cross-examination, and structured with an understanding of how international arbitration actually proceeds.
We arrange and negotiate performance bonds and project finance through our banking and surety partners — drawing on London's position as a global financial centre.
Feasibility and delivery risk reviewed before capital is committed, with the same rigour we apply once a project is underway.
